Hi let me tell you about Forest View a sweet and homely B + B with a beautiful view over farms, Forest and moorland located high up in the lovely rural village of Slaley. We are less than a mile from De Vere Slaley Hall Golf Course, about ten miles from the mediaeval village of Blanchland, five miles from Hexham town and the Roman village of Corbridge and within easy reach of Hadrian’s Wall and the Northumberland coastline.

Forest View is a great place for walkers and people who like a comfortable place to stay. As a keen cook I can promise you  locally sourced and home made food. I can also assure you of a warm welcome by me the proprietor, Moyra Riseborough, with a selection of home made cakes for tea on arrival.

As for accommodation guests can choose from one double bedroom or a single. They have the use of a sitting room purely for guests with a cosy wood and coal fire. Breakfast can be taken in  the kitchen diner with its stunning views, outdoor on the deck in summer or the sitting room on chilly winter mornings.

The B + B is open most of the year although I close over Christmas and New Year.

Charges are reasonable and there is ample parking.
